# Dated public works report on a Washington contractor — $19 — wa-public-works-records

> One contractor's public works record in Washington — agencies, contracts, prime or sub — compiled and dated as a PDF.

## A dated report on one contractor

For a bid file, a subcontractor review or a surety file: one contractor's public works record, compiled and dated as a PDF.

### How to order

1. Find the contractor with [the search](/search.md) and open its record.
2. Click **Dated public works report**: the form below fills itself in. You can also type the name or
the UBI number here.
3. We compile the report by hand and send it to you as a PDF by e-mail, with a card payment link for $19.
You pay after you have the report.

### A dated report on this entity

The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- the contractor: name, UBI, contractor registration number, city
- its intents by year, as prime contractor and as subcontractor
- the public agencies it filed for, and its latest contracts with the amounts declared
- **what was not found**, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: L&I file and date

**Price: $19** / contractor

#### What the report is NOT

It is not a document of L&I, not a license verification and not proof that work was completed or wages paid. Amounts are those declared on the intents.

This is an order form. The request reaches us and we confirm it by e-mail before any payment. Nothing is charged at this stage.

Have a whole list rather than one entity? See [the professional access](/pro.md).

**Not a consumer reporting agency.** This site
and the datasets sold from it are **not** consumer reports under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's
eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose
covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company
that operates as a consumer reporting agency.

**Do you run a construction company with
20 or more people on site?**

AI labs pay businesses to record first-person video of everyday hands-on
work — filmed by their own crews with a smartphone on a wearable mount, with consent and under contract.
